We have a $40 minimum on all projects. Products or services valued at less than $40 will cost $40.
We typically require 1/2 down on all projects over $500. We reserve the right to request a downpayment for any project and for any reason.
We require a downpayment prior to providing sketches or proofs. Sketches will be watermarked and copyright protected.
All work must be paid for upon pick up, delivery or installation.
We accept cash, checks, company purchase orders and credit cards.
We can’t sell customers our tools or supplies (ie: vinyl rolls, coroplast sheets, aluminum substrate, paints, cleaners, etc.), only finished products.
We usually don’t install customer supplied graphics since we can’t guarantee the longevity of the graphics or know how easy or difficult the film might be to install.
We will accept customer provided artwork, however, we will not reproduce artwork if the customer does not have ownership of the artwork or the rights to reproduce it.
The customer does not own the artwork we create or alter until the artwork is paid for in full.
We often create graphics for customers to install themselves and we can provide installation instructions if requested, however, we are not responsible for installation failure on the client’s part, nor can we guarantee the longevity of graphics we didn’t install.
Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs, related obligations, and work performed at the time of cancellation. The amount will be calculated and subtracted from the downpayment. In addition, a 35% administrative fee on the total will be charged for any cancellations. Balance of any amounts may be held as store credit for future orders. If any costs exceed the amount paid (i.e deposits), you are still obligated to make payment in full.
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, there are no returns for orders.
Quoted prices are subject to change. We work hard to stay within the budget that was agreed to and will do our best to communicate with client if unforeseen factors force us to adjust the price of the job.
We will hold your completed project in our office or shop for no longer than 30 days. If the sign or artwork is not picked up within that timeframe, or if the client has not scheduled a day to pick up the completed project, we will take ownership of the product. The balance for the completed work will still be due.
Quotations are based on the accuracy of specifications provided to us by the customer. If we discover during production and after the quoted price was agreed to that there are corrections or modifications needed, we will notify the customer immediately, at which time a decision will be made as to weather there will be additional costs and how the customer wishes us to proceed. We make every effort to quote a job accurately, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances or costs, we will notify customer if delays will result.
